You’ll be joining two brands that are known for being leaders within their industry – and this is your chance to elevate this even further.
Both brands are fully embedded in the exciting world of tech, financial services and consumer facing brands, working with global corporations through to small start-ups, and your role will be key in producing content that speaks to and engages with our digital audiences.
First and foremost, you’ll be collaborating with the business to map out a clear content and social media strategy. Your social media ecosystem (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc) should include your own branded accounts as well as those of your team. Use your combined strength and that of your network to amplify your message many times over.
On social media, your content should focus on championing people: your team, your candidates and clients. After all, their success is your success.
Treat all your content as you would your sourdough starter/top-flight footballer/prize orchid. Pay attention to it. Keep it up to date. Keep it relevant. Check in on whether it’s still effective and meeting your audience’s needs.
Tell the story – people love a story. Add elements that make it more human. Again, this isn’t just about recruitment, but transformation. It will make your case studies more memorable.
Use social content to create a team endeavour. Generate conversation between people. Make sure you’re following, liking and promoting those in your network and their good work.
You’ll create a digital presence that will attract new leads, new clients, new candidates and new staff. Use data within the Group to identify trends and stories that will interest and engage our industries, alongside this, increasing awareness for industry events (ones we host, sponsor or our employees attend).
