One of our clients has come to us exclusively with a senior role for what they’re calling “VP of Engineering” in a growing marketing organisation that uses their technical prowess to deliver real results. It should be noted this is not a technical hands-on position.

This position is perfect for someone who knows the nuances of the development cycle, but also the sales cycle, and is adept at nurturing client relationships beyond closing them on their first deal. As we all know, the first sale is often the smallest and there is generally more in the tank.

The client

A growing technology driven marketing organisation that uses their technical prowess to deliver real results are looking for a VP of Engineering to join their leadership team of which 5 of 12 are women. The role

This position is perfect for someone who knows the nuances of the development cycle, but also the sales cycle, and is adept at nurturing client relationships beyond closing them on their first deal. As we all know, the first sale is often the smallest and there is generally more in the tank.

With ownership of the whole process, from nurturing existing business, to pitching and winning new business and then managing the development lifecycle this opportunity is sure to be constantly challenging and no two days will be the same.

This position will report directly into the CTO, whom you will work closely with on the technical delivery, within an organisation that is harnessing the power of technology to drive growth within their client’s businesses.

Salary: Up to £140k + Benefits
