User Experience Designer - Senior & Director

Digital Agency - End Client: Insurance

I am helping a well-known agency find UX contractors to work on a project for one of the largest global insurance/finance business in the world.

The client

They are helping them as they transform their business going from a multiple market model to a more central model. This project has many workstreams including moving 180 portals into 1, new design system, global content framework, new way of looking at products etc and to assist this I am looking for…

The role

2x Senior Experience Designers (circa £550 p/d)

These people will be responsible for delivering key experience focus outputs (sitemaps, audits, benchmarking, wireframes, prototypes) while working collaboratively with a team of experience designers, visual designers, strategists, copywriters and technologists on briefs that will be focused on innovating the website experience for a range of audiences and products. Strong craft and attention to detail is expected.

Responsibilities/Outputs: Site maps, flows, experience maps, benchmarkings and audits. Wireframes & Prototypes.

1x Experience Director (£650+ p/d)

This person will be responsible for structuring experience-related POVs and working collaboratively with a team of experience designers, visual designers, strategists, copywriters and technologists on briefs that will be focused on innovating the website experience for a range of audiences and products.

Responsibilities/Outputs; Structuring POVs, Jobs to be done, Experience Maps, Flows and Wireframes.

 

➡ Start January, 3-6 months duration
➡ Well respected agency, end client = insurance sector
➡ Outside IR35
➡ Fully Remote (UK based applicants only)

The candidate

You must have previous experience as a User Experience Designer and Senior or Director level.

You don’t need to have worked in the insurance sector before, but you must be able to show examples of previous complex/data heavy project work please.
