UX and Service Design

UX/UI Designer

Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

No matter where you’re from, your beliefs, or age, food brings us together in a way nothing else can. But in our ever-increasing hectic world, that can be difficult.

Before things get too busy, you can help 20 million users break bread and get back to what makes eating food that much tastier.

The client

This Foodtech brand exists for all your nutritional needs; That burger and fries craving you get the morning after a night out 🍔🍟 The pizza you deserve after a week of healthy eating 🍕 And the salad you know you should have after a week of unhealthy eating! 🍎

Nearly two decades later, headquartered in Farringdon and 3000+ employees worldwide, they’ve grown to be the largest Foodtech brand in the world catering to your every need.

But what about who prepares the food?

The role

The team

Joining a team of 2 on the Service Automation team reporting into the UX & Design Manager, you’ll work closely with a wider “consumer” facing UX team of 6 as well as a User Research team of 5 and a team of Developers.

What you’ll be doing

Most apps and websites you use will have a help section, a chatbot, a whole bunch of useful functionality and lots more. This is what you’ll work on here. You’ll work on products that automate the overall service and experience for the user. One day you’ll work on implementing new features into a chatbot experience using machine learning and AI, other days you’ll help to fully optimise the automation already in place.

To do this you’ll create prototypes to prove or disprove your hypothesis, design low-mid fidelity wireframes, use existing style guides, create user personas and design user flows.

The candidate
