But what about who prepares the food?
Joining a team of 2 on the Service Automation team reporting into the UX & Design Manager, you’ll work closely with a wider “consumer” facing UX team of 6 as well as a User Research team of 5 and a team of Developers.
What you’ll be doing
Most apps and websites you use will have a help section, a chatbot, a whole bunch of useful functionality and lots more. This is what you’ll work on here. You’ll work on products that automate the overall service and experience for the user. One day you’ll work on implementing new features into a chatbot experience using machine learning and AI, other days you’ll help to fully optimise the automation already in place.
To do this you’ll create prototypes to prove or disprove your hypothesis, design low-mid fidelity wireframes, use existing style guides, create user personas and design user flows.

The full package
£50,000 – £60,000 base salary
10% Company Bonus (This can be accelerated for exceptional performance)
5% Pension Contribution
£1,000 training budget + 5 extra days off for job related training
