With 80+ people across their London and Dublin offices, this company provides loans to students to help them get where they need to be. They were one of the UK’s first to do this and are proud to be backing the next generation of professionals, from nurses to neuroscientists, biologists to business leaders, and everything in between.
The best part? They help students in the most ethical and tech-savvy way making the process of applying and getting access to help as easy as possible.

Although they have over 14,000 students signed up and well over 9,000 more applications for this academic year, the company is keen to drill down on all of the current ‘unknowns’. This could be:
– What drives people away from applying for a loan with them?
– How can they engage people who anticipate putting their kids through University or similar routes?
– How can they increase their brand awareness?
– When do students consider alternative financing?
These and many more ‘unknowns’ are what they are looking for this UX Researcher to answer.
Financial experience (especially in loans) is highly desirable. You’ll also have a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methodology experience as well as the confidence to structure and execute the research with some guidance rather than requiring heavy involvement from the Lead UX designer or Head of Experience. Then being able to confidently and professionally present those findings back.
