This well-known brand are the go-to for UX testing; they provide solutions to businesses looking for the insights needed to create great digital experiences and they allow them to access professional usability testing, and they're looking a UX Research Partner to join their team and be a direct point of contact for their clients. being an advocate for all things UX.

The client

The provide their customers with the opportunities to scale and automate their UX research; and after all user testing is essential to pretty much every UX team out there that wants to provide the best product/service/experience they can.

The role

Within this client-facing role, you’ll gain awesome exposure to their big-name clients; you’ll be their go-to for research advice. Although you won’t be doing hands-on work, you’ll be playing a vital role within the company, educating their clients and working alongside their full-service research team.

The candidate

This role would be perfect for someone who already has UX expertise and is keen to gain exposure within a well-known User Research brand. You’ll need to be well-organised, as well as confident in building and maintaining key relationships with clients.
