This well-known retailer are looking for both Midweight and Senior/Lead UX Designers to join their team. However, this won't be your typical e-commerce contract; you'll be working on rich and complex design challenges on the end-to-end product lifecycle.
This is a 6 month contract, where you will be working as part of a team to create a suite of products that will replace the previous outdated systems. You’ll be joining at the discovery phase, working with both buyers and sellers to create a system that is both usable and elegant.
Your role and responsibilities could include:
- Defining and documenting the information architecture, evaluating existing systems, creating data models, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes
- Collaborating with the wider design teams, analytics teams and stakeholders to understand needs, motivations and behaviours of users.
- Working within a close-knit product team to create compelling user centred designs and experiences that put the customer first
