This genuinely is an exciting time to come on board with an agency who are building one of the biggest UX teams within the private sector.
This is a real powerhouse agency with real plans to have a UX team that’s over 30 people strong – currently around 20. They have a separate UI team altogether also.
The team is headed up by two awesome UX directors who are extremely personable, supportive and of course very experienced.
The agency provides end-to-end solutions through creative, data, commerce, consulting and technology services at a global scale. With a truly global reach, they work with some of the world’s most exciting brands, partnering with them across communications, experiences and platforms, delivering world class, inspiring work that has impact!
Am hesitant to use the term ‘award winning’ because every agency job advert always says that! But, these guys really have won some major awards which I won’t specify as it could give the name away, but rest assured they would encourage you to want to work there.
These guys are also moving very quickly with processes, so if they like you and you like them, you could have a new job within a week!
In terms of remote working policy, most currently do 1-2 days a week in the office (in London) but with no expectation. They are still looking at each person on a case by case basis especially since more people have moved away from the city. It could eventually be 2-3 days in the office but nothing’s confirmed as yet – but please do bear in mind if you’re based far away from London. Sponsorship is unavailable.
Given the growth happening within the team, the agency requires a bunch of UX Designers.
Generally looking at;
Mid-weight UX Designers – up to £55,000
Senior UX Designers – up to £65,000
Lead UX Designers – up to £90,000
As a UX designer on their team, you will be responsible for research, conceptualisation and design of their clients’ various websites, apps, landing pages, display ads and other marketing collateral. You’ll need to be able to take design briefs and interact with stakeholders and developers to understand, define and deliver world-class design products.
Any additions to that will depend on your current experience but essentially this agency are looking for real-deal UX Designers who want to work on exciting projects and still have the opportunity to be there from conception stages all the way through to implementation – NOT just the agency stereotype of fast (but lacking depth) bursts of work on lots of different projects at any one time.
Again, some of this will depend on your level, but the core attributes include;
