UX Designer

An award winning SAAS platform with a global presence are looking to grow their well-established UX team in order to continue to provide a product that benefits people worldwide. They are big on mentoring, training & developing their staff and offer an adult culture with flexible working & great benefits.

The client

My client is a SAAS company that uses the latest technology to revolutionise the industry that contributes to employee satisfaction around the world. They have received hundreds of awards and work with market leading clients such as Apple, Google & HSBC.

They have a very established UX team of 5 and significant buy-in with stakeholders which means you wont struggle to implement the UX activities needed to build great products!

The role

You will be working closely with the Product & Tech teams on very complex projects ranging from improving the UX of old software to creating new software.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in Agile cross-functional team
  • User Research (different methodologies depending on project)
  • Sketching, Wireframing, Prototyping
  • Transactional / data rich projects
  • Liaising with stakeholders

The candidate

  • Experience working in Agile
  • Commercial experience in a UX role
  • Complex data experience
  • Some research experience + visual capability is preferred
