Products are split in to 3 core streams:
Enterprise: Everything they need to help the business run.
Internal Systems: CMS, Interview platform, Sales tools etc.
Digital (Split in two again):

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Technical Skills
3-5 years’ experience in UX (agency or client-side)
Strong communication skills
Analytical – ability to look at analytics and trends in the industry to create experiences
Ability to use Sketch, Invision, Figma, Axure or other interative prototyping tools
Publishing experience is desirable but not essential
Soft Skills
B2B & B2C experience
Strong stakeholder management skills (i.e. able to push back on difficult stakeholders)
UCD approach
Proven ability to interrogate customer analytics, data sets and KPI’s to inform UX decisions.
Flexible to changing business requirements
