This well-known and highly respected brand are the go-to for UX testing; they're now looking for 2 experienced User Researchers to join their team based in London. They provide solutions to businesses looking for the insights needed to create amazing digital experiences and they allow them to access professional usability testing.

The client

What this brand do is bring software and services to the market, empowering some of the best brands out there (think Facebook, Google etc) to get the insights they need to deliver the ultimate user experience. The provide their customers with the opportunities to scale and automate their UX research…after all user testing is essential to pretty much every UX team out there that wants to provide the best product/service/experience they can!

The role

Within this role you’ll be embedded within an established research team; you’ll be working with multiple clients, defining needs/objectives and carrying out your research through a range of varied techniques.

Your role could involve, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting remote qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Liaising with multiple clients at any one time, establishing and managing their expectations
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Producing strong research reports
  • Helping to drive product innovation
  • Collaborating with wider teams, and global teams

The candidate

This role would be perfect for someone from an agency background who is used to handling multiple accounts at the same time. You’ll have industry experience under your belt and be well-versed in research techniques both quant and qual.
