User Researcher - London

Financial Brand

This leading financial brand are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join their team as they undergo a massive digital transformation. Having been established centuries ago, they are one of the most trusted and respected brands in the finance sector!

Within this role, you will be exploring challenges faced with existing processes, and building out research capabilities, as well as carrying out research techniques that help this client understand the holistic needs and goals of users. You’ll also be coaching other team members in research methodologies and techniques to enhance their learning.

This client are looking for:

  • Someone who can operate self-sufficiently, has a solid breadth of experience, and a true passion for research!
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels
  • A clear ability to tell a story and articulate their ideas to others
  • A solid understanding of service design

Please note for this role, you may be required to spend 2-3 nights a week in another location around the UK.
