User Research Contract

for e-commerce brand.

Senior User Researcher required for 12 month contract with well-known e-commerce brand paying £500 to £550 a day.

You will be working within the online product team, responsible for leading the User Research around there online products. Your research findings and insights will be fed into the  wider product team.

Very important role within the company, key part of your position will be helping to define how User Research is embedded into my clients working practices and products, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and wider stakeholders to help shape the customer experience.

Important you are experienced in a wide range of User Research methodologies and are confident in choosing the right methodology depending on the needs and problems of the project to be solved.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Leading User Research within the Online Product Team.
  • Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Using an array of techniques to present your findings to an array of stakeholders.
  • Ability to run and lead research workshops.
  • Working closely with Product and Design team to ensure research insights are consistently incorporated to improving the product.
