Service Designer/Interaction Designer

Government Body

6 Month, outside IR35 Service Design contract for government department in London with 1 day remote working.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team of Designers, Front End Developers, and Researchers & Developers you will help deliver best in class services for millions of this government department users.

Working across both online and offline channels you will be responsible for designing the end to end journey for new and existing transactional product.

Important you can take a bird eye view of the entire service whilst getting hands on building interactive prototypes etc.

You will have a great eye for identifying new opportunities to make services hit what the user really wants to identifying ways where cost reduction can take place.

Important you can demonstrate your interaction & service design skills through a portfolio.
