Experienced Service Designer required for a 9 month, outside IR35 contract.

This highly regarded media giant is currently undergoing a huge digital transformation project. There is a heavy injection in Product and Engineering with a big focus on reader revenue and pushing this to digital.

They are renowned for ground-breaking independent journalism and award-winning digital products with 200+ million unique browsers each month.

This role will normally be based in London but for now, work is done remotely.

As Service Designer you will focus on their eCommerce platform helping the team to build an end to end service design view of their payment flows. You’ll be shaping services by bringing together research, design, business and engineering.

Alongside this, adapt to evolving user needs, business requirements and market trends also, articulating ideas, concepts and processes.

If you have experience working with and articulating service design concepts and artefacts, several years of practical experience in service design and can introduce this to the business, demonstrating the value through your work then apply below!
