Currently looking for an experienced UX designer for our client who is undergoing a massive digital transformation; they're constantly pushing innovation and transforming their tech offering to become leaders within their space.
One project in particular will look at making this well-known brand vastly more environmentally-friendly; you’ll be mapping out service blue prints and nailing where the pinpoints are in order to ensure that the result is zero waste, and a more conscious store experience.
You will also be looking at their loyalty initiative, how this can be evolved and adapted, and how it will align with the digital experiences across all touchpoints, to produce a unified customer experience.
Within this role you’ll be working within a small product team ; you’ll be identifying areas for opportunity, mapping journeys and solving key problems.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced Senior UX Designer who has worked on Service Design projects, and you’ll have a solid grasp of the rapid discovery process. You’ll be constantly liaising with key stakeholders, rapidly prototyping and conducting user research. It’s key that you have previously worked within a physical environment with digital tools, and even better if you have worked within retail.
