But what about who prepares the food?
Joining a team of 5 User Researchers reporting into the UX Research Manager, you’ll look at a less understood audience; the restaurant partners.
Almost every week, you’ll visit Michellin star restaurant owners, American-style diners, coffee shops, pizza chains, late-night dessert shops and hundreds more to understand exactly what goes into preparing and delivering on customer needs.
With an emphasis on Qualitiative research, you’ll contextually interview restaurant partners, develop personas, card sort, tree tests and much more. You’ll then collaborate closely with a team of UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers to inform and validate design decisions.
When all’s said and done, you’ll also help to mentor newer members of the team, lead senior stakeholder workshops and also while advocate new ways of working i.e. Jobs-To-Be-Done.
Other than lots of free food, you’ll be offered the opportunity to be involved in numerous talks and events hosted by the company.
You’ll also get 5 extra days on top of your annual leave for job related training.
Tech being such an important part of the brand, you’ll also get to experiment with Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Voice and Augment Reality with your users.
The full package
£60,000 – £70,000 base salary
10% Company Bonus (This can be accelerated for exceptional performance)
5% Pension Contribution
£1,000 training budget + 5 extra days off for job related training
