Are you a Senior UX Designer experienced in Service Design whose looking for a new challenge? The client

The role

As Senior/Lead UX Designer you will be an integral part of the design team, building out design systems which are pivotal to their success., This role spans across a whole ecosystem of customer touch points giving you the flexibility to influence a variety of customer facing products and services.

You will…

  • Lead independent research to identify how users interact with products and services.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse user behaviour; usability studies, interviews and surveys.
  • Create all workflow documentation at appropriate degrees of fidelity; user flows, wireframes, prototypes.
  • Confidently present findings to diverse audience of key stakeholders.

  • Experienced creating all project documentation such as wireframes, mapping and prototypes, with an expansive portfolio to demonstrate this.
