Senior UX Designers

Various: agencies and in-house brands

We've got a bunch of contracts requiring the same type of contractor; End-to-end UX Designer, from User Research through to wireframes and prototypes.

Whilst the trend for Product Designers continue, we still have a range of traditional UX Design contracts available too, both with agency clients and in-house brands.

Typically, we’re looking at contracts which need someone to start ASAP, for 3-6 months. Along with a possibility to extend past that in some cases.

Depending on the client, some roles are outside IR35 whilst others are inside IR35.

For the UX Design contracts INSIDE IR35, we could look up to £600 per day.

For the UX Design contracts OUTSIDE IR35, we could look up to £500 per day.

In all cases, there is flexibility for remote working but the clients would generally like someone who could come in to a London-based office when required – please bear in this in mind if you’re not currently living within commuting distance to London.

 

Looking for UX Designers who are confident with all stages of the UX process, from Discovery stages and User Research through to lo-fidelity prototypes, Sketching and Testing, through to User Journeys, Wireframing and hi-fidelity prototypes.

You will have worked in previous contracts as a focussed UX Designer and able to communicate rationale and findings with stakeholders in a way that can make sense to them without relying on jargon or buzz words.

Your portfolio should also be able to clearly demonstrate examples of your process from start to finish along with deliverables and reasoning.

You’ll also have a strong ability with typical wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Axure for example.

UI skills are not required for these contracts.

Projects vary of course. For example, one of our clients in the travel industry want to overhaul their booking system. Another one of our agency clients is working on a project to redefine the digital eco-system for a client who provide vehicles for people with mental and physical disabilities, as part of a multi-year experience transformation programme.
