The role

Working in Agile this person will be tasked with using customer insights – qual and quant – to build world-class experiences. Ability to work with pace and accuracy important.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and will display empathy and enjoy getting close to users.

Working on content rich products and then wrapping them into different customer segmentations the UX’er will work in a small multi-disciplinary team to a clearly defined strategy.

I am looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • B2B & B2C experience.
  • Analytical – Able to look at analytics and trends in the industry to create experiences that delight customers.
  • Displayed the ability to solve a wide range of problems quicly and thoroughly.
