This tech brand have a huge global reach (especially in America), not to mention a great environment to work in!; they're in-house but the company comes with the dynamic vibe of an exciting agency.

The client

This brand are the leaders in online employee benefits, and they work with many of the world’s leading employers, biggest consumer brands and most well-known financial companies out there.

They are now looking for an experienced UX Designer to join their team of 5. The type of people that really suit this role are keen to get stuck into user research, and ideally have worked end-to-end, to help grow a digital product.

The role

Within this role, you’ll be mentored by their awesome Head of UX who has been there for almost 6 years now. She really looks out for her teams’ development and work processes and is an amazing mentor to learn from

Working closely with your design team, as well as Product Managers and Developers, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working end-to-end from concept through to implementation
  • Helping to define user stories and UX strategy
  • Thinking outside the box to solve complex problems
  • Working both collaboratively and independently to carry out your work

The candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have a compelling portfolio that showcases your end-to-end projects and UX process
  • Be confident articulating your ideas and communicating with others
  • Proficiency with core design tools, and the desire to learn new ones as they come along
