Senior UX Designer


UX is the number 1 strategic priority for this HealthTech company with ambitious goals to help transform patient experience. Work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business as part of an established UX team.

The client

There are numerous trends driving growth in this market in a time when technology is being embraced more than ever.

There are currently 450 employees (and growing) including a  UX team which is looking to double in size, hence our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join at this exciting stage of growth. The value of UX is recognised and is currently priority for the entire company.

The role

Working closely with researchers, product managers and various stakeholders, you will lead the UX design process for your product area. The successful candidate will work in squads but won’t’ be dedicated to that one squad as there will be flexibility in order to learn about the business.

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Utilising your skills in user-centered design to collaborate on large product discovery efforts
  • Working within initiatives alongside the head of UX to mature UX practice and prove the value across the business
  • Providing coaching and mentorship
  • Facilitating workshops and design sprints (remotely and in person)

The candidate

An ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in UX Design (preferably working within a fast-growing tech business)
  • Strong communicator, able to deliver clear messages
  • Comfortable providing training and mentorship
  • Strong portfolio that shows your skills from user research through to wireframes and prototypes
  • Can at times be the UX lead for new propositions that span multiple squads
