Mid/Senior User Researcher

This insight-led design agency are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join their growing team working across a range of projects with national and international clients.

The client

The role

As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll use UX research techniques to uncover human needs and behaviours, to inform the development of smart, inspired, human-centred solutions. You are expected to have a firm grasp of how content, brand, and design work together to create an optimal user experience. You will need to be up to date with the latest research methods and have experience applying them. You thrive amid different perspectives and collaborate fluidly with cross-functional teams. You will be joining a mid sized team with at least one other Senior Researcher to begin or further your journey with.

The candidate

  • 3+ years of research experience within the User Research area in a commercial environment; of if you don’t fit that mould, a strong point of view on how your experience would contribute
  • Examples of how you would apply research methodologies to different challenges, and ways in which you would deliver these outputs to our clients
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of human-centred design principles
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
  • Willing to work 2 days in office (Near Covent Garden and Holborn station)
  • Willing to be somewhat flexible around the core 9-5 hours, with some projects collaborating with their US team (between 4-6pm GMT)
