These guys are a London-based tech brand, having been founded over 4 years ago, they are a growing company with an aim to become ubiquitous in the lives of pretty much anyone with a smart phone.
Working as the sole User Researcher, this is a great chance to have full autonomy over your work, carrying out research to inform areas for opportunity, and ensure the product is fully user-centric. Carrying out both qualitative and quantitative research, your role will be pivotal for these guys!
Your role will involve working across various exciting projects, whether it be researching new features, enabling designers to test their designs or measuring how successful new features have been. You’ll also be educating the wider business on the integral nature of user research and clearly articulating your findings.
This role would be ideal for an experienced researcher looking to take the next step in their career. You will have worked within a product team and be experienced growing a product, taking it from conception through to iteration.
You’ll be fully comfortable conducting a wide range of user research methodologies, appropriate to the requirements at that moment. This could be ethnography, usability testing, surveys, competitor analysis…
You’ll be confident translating your findings into actionable insights whether it be for designers, senior stakeholders, the wider business. And you’ll be well-versed working in an Agile environment.
