My client is a real market leader in it’s field with a vast global audience and a huge catalogue of learning materials from 600 video lessons to a variety of thousands of modes of learning from games, quizzes to TV.
As you can imagine they’re busier than ever with the importance of remote online learning being ever so important, hence this truly is a vital role for them.
Really exciting challenges within the product from the complexity around it’s varied audience being aimed at kids but needing to fulfil purchasing power of parents and teachers to the array of different ed tech products being launched.
Client makes learning fun through taking children on an adventurous journey of learning & discovery through pixel perfect imagery, videos and games.
As UX / Product Designer you will take responsibility for owning, shaping & leading the UX of the product. Joining an experienced Product Team you will be the first senior UX hire with the long term aim to build out the UX, Research & Design function.
Coming in at a busy period you will be required to improve the usability and user experience of there flag ship product, improving conversion funnel, increasing subscription and ultimately improving the entire web and app experience.
Other projects are more greenfield, building new products from the ground up for a completely new global market.
Important you are a Senior or Lead UX Designer with a wealth of experience designing complex products ideally in the educational, children sector.
This role reports directly into the CEO (Product) so need to be senior enough to deal with senior management.
As I previously mentioned educational technical experience for children or subscription model UX experience is vital for this role.
