Senior Product Manager

This start-up are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can work closely with the tech team to help design products across both web and mobile.

The client

A fast-growing SaaS platform, this remote-first company builds ethics and compliance technology for every workplace. Their product empowers people to report misconduct and resolve some of the biggest problems that people can face in their careers, such as harassment, discrimination and fraud. They’re looking to change work culture, for good.

Having recently secured Series A funding they’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join them and become a vital member of 3 live product areas.

The role

As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be helping to design, create, ship and launch new products from inception to production. At the moment they are currently working on launching a new collaboration product for their app. You’ll be responsible for prioritising the roadmap, helping input agile process procedures and backlogs.

You’ll also be working across 3 live product areas including reporting, a web-based litigation product and a case management system.

The candidate

  • Have a tech background or experience working with developers.
  • Understand complexity and can help shape decisions from a tech point of view
  • Report directly to the CEO so be comfortable working with the c-suite.
