This start-up are already providing local florists in over 100 countries with the tools they need to grow and deliver their products to a huge customer base. And this has all been achieved with an initial team of just 7 people!
In short, the partner brands get a backend management system that includes everything from inventory management, a wholesale shop, website builder and POS system and in return they can provide customers with same-day delivery, greater variety and guaranteed quality due to a detailed vetting process.
Having officially launched two years ago, they have already been voted one of UK’s top 100 start-ups for both years and are expected to do some big things. So much so that they have attracted initial team members and advisors from the likes of JustEat, Citymapper and Burberry.
You have the opportunity to join a brand new product team being built specifically to build their SaaS product and giving you total ownership over it. Reporting directly to the CTO you will be the leading voice for product design and product processes to take this product from discovery, working with a researcher to identify user needs, through information architecture, concept development prototyping, testing, Visual Design and working closely with developers to deliver the final product.
The team will consist of you (the designer) a Product Manager, 2 Developers (Front and Back-end) and a researcher.
