Senior Product Designer

Investment Company

Senior Product Designer for international investment company. Mix of UX and UI, help improve experience for investors and customers.

The client

They’re a major success story in the personal investment space with offices in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

For over 45 years, they’ve succeeded by their philosophy of steady investing and keeping things simple.

They’re owned by their own funds (meaning it’s owned by investors). So instead of paying dividends to external shareholders, they redirect their profits to their own investors in the form of lower fees.

They are the fastest growing direct investment platform in the UK with 300,000 customers since 2017, with a vision to grow this to 1,000,000 by 2025.

That’s where this transformation comes in, our client feels they have been in start-up stage and are now ready to push on, making it a super interesting time to join.

They need a mix of UX and UI skills, ideally with designers who have worked end-to-end from research through to delivery.

You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders and delivery teams to solve problems and reduce friction for their users.

Overall your role will be to continually improve the experience for both direct investors, potential and current users, with particular focus around their new Advice service.
