The team set up?
One of the core functions within the business is Customer Experience – within this you have teams in User Experience, User Research and Optimisation.
All teams include access to UserZoom, on-site usability lab facilities with eye tracking and powerful analytics tools.

User Experience Designers – team has become more UX/UI so keen to keep building on that momentum and hiring UX Designers or Product Designers with stronger UI sensibilities (so not just pure UX Designers but not out-and-out UI Designers either, i.e. 70% UX/30% UI or 80% UX/20% UI)
UX Team
The main priority of this role is to take their app to the next level, think about how to make it more useful for people managing all parts of their lives. The app needs to be available for people to manage all their life admin in one place. They already have a design system for the web but need to know how to take the visual design language that exists in the app that doesn’t have this to a whole new level.
This role will work with the CX Team, split into 6 squads which are wrapped around each product type this company provide. You’ll be working on designing the system that takes on the best of the design aspects that already exist but making this a more slick and modern design.
