This brand are hugely ambitious and are dedicated to driving the delivery of amazing and intuitive end-to-end experiences, from the digital journey through to their high quality products arriving into our customers hands.
Within this role, you’ll be defining the UX vision/strategy and identifying opportunities to make the customer experience even better. You’ll have a particular focus on their mobile app; leading, influencing and driving change in all key areas.
You’ll be working with the user research team to assess the best possible ways of informing and validating your decisions. From working with data, to competitor analysis, to usability testing, you’ll be truly understanding what it is that your customer’s want.
When it comes to design, you’ll be leading your team from ideation through to launch, whilst also being hands-on with your deliverables.
You’ll also be working within a cross-functional product team and engaging consistently with key stakeholders to help shape and deliver your vision.
Ideally for this role, you will be experienced within e-commerce, and have an amazing portfolio that showcases your case studies from start to finish. Even better if you’ve worked through a digital transformation and have a passion for emerging trends and technologies!
