This Government department, based in London are looking for a Senior User Researcher for a 6 month freelance role. Working in Government, this is an excellent opportunity to have your work effect real change and solve real-world problems.
Embedded in a small cross-functional team, you will be working within a department that deals primarily with vulnerable members of society. You’ll be carrying out both discovery and more tactical work within this role as you conduct research to improve new or existing services.
You would be ideal for this role if you…
- Have an academic background, i.e. a HCI degree
- Have worked in a research heavy organisation, or have experience working in government (but this is not essential!)
- Solid experience operating within an Agile environment
*Please note this role is inside of IR35*
In addition, on-boarding can take a few weeks which works well if you are looking to transition from perm into freelance/ you have a longer notice period.
