This Government department are looking for a Senior User Researcher for a 6 month freelance role. Working in Government, this is an excellent opportunity to have your work effect real change and solve real-world problems.
Embedded in a small cross-functional team, you will be working within a department that deals primarily with vulnerable members of society. You’ll be carrying out primarily Discovery research here, uncovering user motivations and behaviours.
You would be ideal for this role if you…
- Have an academic background, i.e. a HCI degree
- Have worked in a research heavy organisation, or have experience working in government (but this is not essential!)
- Solid experience operating within an Agile environment and working in cross-functional teams
Duration: 6 months with the potential to extend
Day rate: Up to £600/day (inside IR35)
Please note this role is inside of IR35. In addition, onboarding can take around a month which works well if you are looking to transition from perm into freelance.
