Senior / Lead Service Designer

Award Winning Creative Agency

This award-winning agency are looking for a Senior / Lead Service Designer for a 2-month contract with a market leading oil & gas company (and potential other clients).

You will be working as part of a team of specialists consulting with clients to help them improve their current customer experience from a digital perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Run stakeholder interviews & client workshops
  • Research customer needs along an end-to-end journey
  • Map customer behaviour, pain points & opportunities
  • Develop ideas for improvements to the customer experience
  • Support the design of these improvements

(You will have 5+ years relevant experience)
