Financial Brand

This well known financial brand are looking for a Senior/Lead Service Designer to join their Innovation Hub as they explore what the future of banking could look like.

This is a really exciting new role for the brand, looking at how they can really push the boundaries of innovation within the financial sector to ensure they are still at the top of their game in the next 5-10 years. One of their key themes is Sustainability and how they can incorporate this into their future projects and products.


The  Ideal Candidate:

– Comfortable with uncertainty

– Can come up with great new ideas they can help deliver

– No need for finance experience, any background is fine

– User Research background highly beneficial, this person will need to set up their own research

– Key skills: Visualisation (looking at potential new solutions, being able to command a room with your story), facilitation (collaborates, gets things done), prototyping (working with customers to tease out if a concept will work)


Day rate: Up to £625/day (inside of IR35)

Duration: Due to run until end of December with the possibility of extension after

Location: Remote, but attendance expected in their London office every Tuesday
