This department has recently developed a new digital service. They’re now looking to roll this out, have live support, maintenance and continuous improvement. Remote for now but in the future there will be travel between London and Sheffield.
As the Senior Interaction Designer, you’ll be designing accessible and impactful digital services. You’ll be experienced in managing and delivering change to an existing service. You’ll quickly get up to speed in understanding the purpose of the service and how users interact with it, knowing what good design looks like and where innovation is needed to improve the service as a whole and user experience.
You will be experienced and excited by the challenge of digital public services that work across multiple channels, devices, browsers, and platforms to help to lead the direction of new design patterns and standards. You’ll see the bigger picture as well as fine detail and have a vast range of experience in sketching, prototyping code and communicating your ideas.
