Film Tech Start-Up

This start-up is looking for an experienced Product Manager who has deep experience in both the discovery and delivery phases of B2C SaaS Products.

The client

This extremely secure Film Tech start-up has gone through an exciting acquisition which has now lead to growth, making them leading in their industry. They’re using technology to solve what is traditionally a very paper driven sector. They use two platforms and capture a huge amount of the market, working on some huge TV shows and films.

This is a great opportunity to join the creation of a new product vertical in it’s early stages. They have a clear view of what the first year looks like and you’ll get to make this happen and be involved with the MD/strategy leading product to think about the next few years!

The role

As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll need to be passionate and skilled, joining to help build and scale a new product. You will have experience in both the discovery and delivery phases of B2C SaaS products.

Significant product discovery and user research work has been done the past year so, you’ll be distilling these insights and conducting any additional user insights, viability and feasibility testing needed. Alongside this, creating a product roadmap that will deliver against year one KPIs while laying foundations for the following years.

You must have the ability to have a full view of the commercials of the product, as well as being a good product thinker. This is an amazing opportunity to make the role your own, joining at this early stage means you have the ability to make a huge difference in an awesome company driving exciting change throughout the industry.

The candidate

  • Significant experience building B2C SaaS products from the ground up, ideally with a marketplace dynamic
  • Comfortable balancing user needs and experience against commercial outcomes
  • Highly data driven, confident with quant metrics and validation approaches, and how unit economics drive a business case
  • Someone who thinks about the big picture, as well as the small details – able to take the product from MVP to multiple markets launch and scale
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, focussed multi-disciplinary team, helping to drive maximum output from limited resources with a keen eye on process
  • Subscription experience would be useful but not essential
  • Experience of launching propositions in multiple territories
