Integrated branding & communications agency

Two Senior Account Managers needed for London based branding and comms agency.

The client

Full service creative agency with a global reach – working with some of the worlds most iconic brands. They specialise in advertising, website design and development, email marketing, media planning and buying, social media, and strategy and planning. With an in-house content studio they are able to provide the tools and resources to shoot, edit, create special effects and go to final finish on video and audio.

The role

As part of a team, you will be working across a mix of digital work. You will be a key point of contact for the client on a daily basis, with regular face to face meetings both at their offices. You will collaborate with brand leaders to manage client relationships and internal/external communications by serving as point of contact between agency and the client.

Working with the client you will come up with new ideas and ways to develop their digital communications (and the business at large, establishing and communicating project goals and expectations by working on creative briefs. You will collaborate with strategic planners, creative directors, and brand leaders.

You will manage client approvals for expected production costs based upon budget parameters, project assumptions, and creative specs – and oversee the development and management of production and creative projects from forecast stage through to execution – monitoring production and budget activity on the account.

You are tenacious, driven and have a track record in building and maintaining lasting relationships. You thrive on a challenge, and enjoy working in a fast paced busy environment. You have a demonstrable track record of working in well known creative agencies – and understand branding and communication activities from traditional print production, to ATL and web builds.
