Be the primary point of contact and orchestration manager related to all proposition-specific planning, coordination and implementation across all Omni-related and CX team effort and the wider business working closely with the wider proposition owner(s), Omni leadership and peers, all SMEs and stakeholders throughout the proposition life cycle.
Establish and empower a proposition-focused team to deliver value on new and existing propositions, on budget and to agreed timelines.
Contribute towards the vision and commercial strategy for the proposition.
Project-manage proposition development activity to shape and deliver a plan, build out objectives and measures of success whilst closely aligning with strategic ambition and outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of the needs of your customers and their commercial drivers.
Develop positioning, messaging and a customer experience that differentiates your proposition in the market and segment.
