The client is a Government Department looking for a new Project Manager to help with contract management.
As the Project Manager you will need to have prior government and Project Management experience. They are looking for contract management and not procurement/buying experience.
You need to be comfortable operating as a full member of the team; supporting the Programme Director and other team members. Also, you will need experience in the delivery of projects; with particular emphasis on the management of suppliers and stakeholders and a track record of governance and risk control frameworks.
The contract is for 12 months.
