This company are looking for a new Web SDK Product Owner to join their Digital Product Labs.

The client

The client is a leading bank within the UK. They’re looking for a new Product Owner. This is an amazing chance to join their digital product labs, dedicated to capabilities that they need to empower customers, using customer-centric design-driven methodologies.

The role

As the Web SDK Product Owner, you’ll be working in a Scrum cross-functional team, acting often in a B2B or B2B2C context, understanding the end customer needs and also those of the internal customers and create a strong digital product culture.

You’ll be pivotal in building and delivering the adoption of platform enablers. The key aspect of this role is the delivery of an internal SDK that allows internal teams to build their own propositions autonomously, focusing on the features required for their products, delivering world-class products at pace.

You’ll build a toolkit of capabilities, utilising biometrics and explore AI, VR, Machine Learning and BlockChain. Alongside this, working to create the foundation to deliver a multi-app strategy working across native and web. Appreciating that creating internal products is challenging, immediate users are your colleagues but your end users are always your customers.

  • Data-driven and have evidence-based decision making.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and help navigate the team through this.
  • Enjoy helping less experienced Product Managers grow into leaders.
  • Inspire colleagues from an ‘organisation of talking’ to an ‘organisation of doing’.
  • You’ll master multidisciplinary working and have your own tool-kit to mitigate risks.
  • You’ll be passionate about technology.
  • Be able to understand the implications that technology direction will have on the wider business.
