The client is a distinguished tuition platform. They provide help for underprivileged children and make it easy for parents to find a tutor. They’re looking for a new Product Manager to join their B2C team. Looking into the user journey for both parents and children. The platform has plans to become an app this year and so it’s a great time to join this expanding company that encourages collaboration and support.

The role

As the Product Manager, you’ll be leading the consumer product strategy, working with various teams and reporting into the Head of Product. You’ll be managing and prioritising the consumer product roadmap and learn from your solutions using feedback/data analytics.

You’ll also regularly interact with your target audience and the wider client team, ensuring stakeholders are always informed about changes. Also, you’ll be a great team player and strive to produce the best innovative products.

The candidate

For this role, you’ll have experience working as a Product Manager with qualitative customer insights to drive your decision-making process. You’ll understand user problems and be consumer-focused, empathising with users.

You’ll also be providing input into the design decisions and be a clear communicator when rationalising this. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a start-up/market place before with hands-on product experience.
