A freelance Product Manager to work within the Retention team. The contract is for 6-12 months.
As the Product Manager, you’ll be working in the Retention team, responsible for delivering digital products that retain paying subscribers, supporters and contributors. You’ll be working in a lean product methodology to support the overall strategy of building relationships with customers.
The product you will be working on includes a self-service function, CRM and campaign management tools allowing various ways in which customers can provide financial support to this media company.
You’ll be working with UX, Data, Marketing and Editorial teams and closely with the Head of Retention alongside Leads in US and Australia. You’ll be working with these Leads to refine problems that need solving and collaborate with other teams to understand complex development.
For this role, you’ll need to have CRM integration and B2C experience. You’ll also have experience working with data alongside subscription and self-service products. Also, you’ll need to be great at problem-solving and analytically minded with an understanding in tech.
