University is expensive and some students are in need of more help than others. This start-up is working to provide support through private loans with the flexibility to get students where they strive to be.
This fintech client help university students get to where they’re working to be, providing student loans which are dependent on individual situations. They’re currently going through exciting new stages with their systems and products, working on AI and building out their decision engine logic.
There are 3 product managers currently working split between various areas of business; customer experience, foundation, volume and credit. This role would be focused on the credit section, owning the decision engine logic for this and applying your expertise at improving and expanding the current channels and processes align with key business objectives.
You’ll work effectively with the Technology, Commercial, Marketing and Operations leadership, as well as the existing Product team, to constantly identify opportunities in the customer journey and develop associated solutions to achieve great customer outcomes and business goals. They work in Agile and each Product Manager will be overseeing their own delivery teams, running ceremonies alongside Delivery Leads.
You’ll also be building a roadmap of strategic deliverables and measure the impact of business changes to ensure business benefits have been achieved. There will be lots of internal stakeholder management so building key relationships is an important part of this role.
