The client is a distinguished financial services platform who are looking for new Product Managers to work in the Growth and Risk teams
The client is a lending and investment platform based in Manila, Philippines. They are a tech start-up who have undergone huge company growth in the past year (nearly doubling in size). The platform is B2B and provides lending and investment services to SMEs in SE Asia.
Visa sponsorship is covered for this role and relocation is organised by the client. An apartment, food and cleaning services are provided to anyone relocating and this is deducted from your NET salary. The successful candidate has a paid flight out and is provided with one return flight per year.
As the Product Manager, you’ll be working on either the Growth or Risk & Repayments teams. For both of these, you’ll be building a roadmap to ensure multi-year growth and high performing products. The Growth team work with the design and tech teams to develop the website, focusing on optimisation and automation.
The Risk & Repayments team collaborate with design, engineering and data teams to implement a product focused on customer repayment features and internal risks.
They work in the Spotify model and so reporting to stakeholders include the founders and tribe owners. Each Product Manager will work in a cross-disciplinary team including UX, Design, User Research and Tech.
The Product Manager will also take on the role of Scrum Master, running daily stand-ups, weekly sprints which, are micro breakdowns of the set quarterly targets for delivery.
You’ll need to have solid experience as a Product Manager, preferably working in a financial services company before and with an understanding of SMEs in SE Asia. Also, you’ll understand the technical side of things to complement the development teams.
You’ll have worked in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills and be switched-on. The ideal candidate will have worked in a high growth start-up before and turns problems into high tech, smart solutions.
