The client

They are an AI healthcare company who have 2 software products for mental health clinics. They automate/replace some of the functions to streamline mental health services to balance the lack of clinicians with the number of placements. It’s a very unique approach.

Have 2 Products (at different stages):

  • Web-based conversational A.I. that assist patient self-referrals and connects them to clinicians. Currently in 17% of NHS. Pre-screening questions & routine outcome measure used to group patients according to best practice
  • Mobile therapy assistant that supports patients & clinicians during treatment. Conversational A.I. helps patients record high-quality negative thought/activity diaries – identifying key patterns. Therapists can log in to review patient data and create personalised recommendations that prompt the patient in-between sessions

They have an office in Central London should you wish to go in, however the role can be fully remote & you can be based anywhere in Europe (so long as you have UK working rights – thanks Brexit!).

The candidate

The company are looking for someone ambitious & wants to make a name for themselves and who is excited by the products & company. They also have a long term vision for the role where you could develop into a lead/manager or Head of Design/Product over time
