We are working with an award-winning Fintech start-up connecting individual investors with publicly listed companies raising capital.

The client

The platform has recently completed a $190m Series-C fundraising from leading global investors and is expanding internationally; They are consistently growing and scaling due to backing by Softbank (who backed the likes of Monzo, Uber and Starling).

This funding has meant that they can continue to grow their design and research team.

The role

They are looking for a Product Designer to join them, being involved in every step of the production process through to delivery, ongoing testing, and iteration.

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Working with the wider team to create solutions for both customer and business needs.
  • Creating high fidelity designs for implementation.
  • Creating clickable prototypes for user testing and concept validation
  • Supporting the creation of new features and tools for unique fintech businesses
  • Contributing to the development of a world-class design system from the ground up
  • Providing development teams with support and guidance to help follow design standards and UX best practices

The candidate

You ideally will have:

  • Several years of experience designing products in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Experience designing for both web platforms and native apps (android & iOS)
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience building design systems and UI toolkits
  • Ability to design for web standards and browser/device capabilities and limitations
