A programming powerhouse, this global entertainment company are behind some of the most popular children’s titles in the world.
They’ve shows on more than 100 platforms globally, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky and Hulu.
They’re currently developing a platform that supports and enhances various aspects of their internal processes. This covers content production, delivery, analysis and more. You’ll be given a lot of autonomy in the role and will be working in a small, but experienced team. There’ll be a fair amount of work with machine learning in the role.
The company are scaling up rapidly, currently numbering 400 and aiming to hit 550 by the year end. Their content portfolio is constantly growing and diversifying. Analysing and managing this creates unique challenges – hence them building a bespoke solution.
They are looking for someone who’s ideally had a focus on machine learning in previous roles, though so long as you’ve worked with .NET commercially for at least three or four years, this isn’t the be all and end all.
What experience do I need?
It would be a bonus if you’ve any DevOps or infrastructure experience. Think along the lines of CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker etc. They work on Google Cloud so great if you’ve done so, though really not essential. A good understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB) would also set you in good stead.
They’re offering up to £85K for this position and are happy to let you work either or a hybrid or remote basis. They’re also quite a young company (80% are under 30) so are a sociable bunch with regular socials around their Camden office (along with discounts and their own roof terrace!). They also offer gym membership, private health insurance and life assurance.
