This internationally recognised media brand – that you definitely will have heard of! – are looking for an experienced Midweight User Researcher to join their team working across all parts of their online experiences.
This brand are always looking to elevate their user experience to the next level, both physically and digitally and have a reach to millions of users globally. Now looking to expand their User Research team, this role would be perfect for someone who is passionate about growing and developing their career within research and is keen to innovate through the use of next-generation technology.
Within this role, you’ll be reporting to the Senior User Researcher and working across multiple projects concurrently. The team of 5 researchers that you’ll be working with play an absolutely vital role in supporting all areas of the business, and although they sit separately from the UX team, they work in tandem with UX, collaborating on a daily basis.
You could be participating in anything from mini-discovery phases into readers interests and motivations, to customer experience mapping to usability testing of products.
For this role it’s essential that you have some strong commercial user research experience under your belt, having worked within an Agile environment where you have been engaging with stakeholders regularly. You’ll be personable, confident, and eager to learn and grow with the business
