The client is a digital agency specialising in customer experience, shaping digital transformation strategies.
This is an exciting new role for a customer experience agency who are well known for their work across customer insight, UX and design projects. They work with some amazing brands in the luxury & retail sector including Timberland, Burberry, The North Face and Vans – and need a solid Digital PM to work across these accounts.

As the Senior Project Manager you’ll be planning, tracking and reporting on the client delivery plans. You’ll be accountable for the delivery of agreed work, ensuring this is to time and budget. The projects are run in Waterfall with the overall agency running in Agile so you’ll know both methodologies and switch between them for various projects.
As part of this role you must manage and exceed client expectations, being aware of their approach and anticipated outcomes. You will also be keeping the Operations Director in the know of everything going on including, blockers, anticipating challenges and schedules.
You’ll need to be great when it comes to being client facing, looking to develop in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects at a time. You’ll need to have experience working on a mix of smaller design & build as well as campaign projects and be able to work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience working with e-commerce or retail brands is a bonus.
