This FinTech startup, that work predominantly within the investment space, are looking for their first User Research hire as they go through an exciting period of growth.
This startup are building a platform that allows more people to take a more proactive role in the world of financial services and investing.
Having recently received a significant amount of funding they are now building out the design team that is going to elevate their product to further success, whilst ensuring their product stays as user-centric as possible. They know the importance of User Research being crucial to them understanding their users.
As the first User Research hire for the brand, you will be coming in and establishing research processes and methodologies. You’ll be really getting to know their varied user bases, gathering and analysing data and making recommendations for the product designers. Your findings will also be pretty influential in terms of defining the product roadmap also!
There’s a ton of exciting opportunity here in terms of where you can take things, but importantly, you will also receive support from more Senior members of the wider team.
